Close your ReturnHaven account
You can request account closure from the email address connected to your ReturnHaven account. We use that address to help verify that the request comes from the account holder.

How to request closure
Send one clear email

Use your account email
Email us from the address you use to sign in to ReturnHaven whenever possible.

Use a clear subject
Use “ReturnHaven account closure” so the request can be identified correctly.

Identify the account
Include your ReturnHaven username and account email. Never include your password or an access code.

Complete verification if needed
We may request limited additional information when we cannot safely verify the account from the request.
What closure changes
Access and public visibility are removed
Account closure deactivates sign-in access and registered push devices. Your profile and personal item posts are removed from normal public access.
- You will no longer be able to sign in to the closed account.
- Your public profile will no longer appear through normal public access.
- Your personal item posts will no longer appear through normal public discovery.
- Registered push-notification devices are deactivated.
Closure and deletion
Closure does not mean every record is erased immediately
Some restricted records may remain for safety, active recovery workflows, disputes, moderation, security, legal obligations, or protected backup expiry. They are not kept in normal public account views and follow the applicable retention process.
If you also want us to assess deletion of retained personal information, make a separate privacy request after identifying the account. Applicable legal and safety exceptions may still apply.

Contact us and explain the access problem
We may need another safe way to establish that you control the account before acting on the request. Do not send passwords, access codes, or unnecessary identity documents.
